Join a fast-growing home exterior company transforming houses across the region. We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused Claims Specialists to generate leads, consult with homeowners, and close exterior projects (siding, windows, roofing, gutters, painting, etc.).
What You’ll Do:
Prospect and qualify residential leads (door-to-door, inbound, digital leads, referrals)
Conduct on-site consultations, accurately assess needs, and provide professional estimates
Present solutions, handle objections, and close sales
Coordinate with operations for smooth project handoffs
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up to drive referrals and repeat business
What We’re Looking For:
Proven outside or inside sales experience; home improvement or construction sales a plus
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, reliable transportation, valid driver’s license
Ability to read basic measurements and explain technical options clearly
Professional appearance and excellent customer service mindset
